Recruitment platform Hirect has released its second campaign in the #BeyondHiring series. The commercial celebrates the roller coaster journey of job seekers, from their struggle to find a job to their subsequent success in life.

The film revolves around the journey of a job aspirant trying to find a job after finishing school. The story is told in the form of a poem that explains the never-give-up spirit of an applicant who struggles after college to secure a job placement. Then he shows how he rose through the ranks in life by overcoming all difficult circumstances and outside distractions through dedication and perseverance.

Abhishek Singh, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Hirect India, said, “The campaign is an out-of-the-box initiative by the internal team. The film depicts a candidate’s determination, passion and perseverance to get a good job and succeed in life. Hirect’s constant effort is to understand the pulse of the job seeker and help them with the right job opportunity to make it count in life. With such a solid overview, the campaign ‘Mai Ban Gaya, Tu Bhi Banjayega’ was born.”
