Cosmeceutical brand Fixderma has launched a new ‘Bye Bye Dark Patches’ campaign, to promote its latest launch ‘Nigrifix Cream’. The campaign features actor Boman Irani.
The video footage shows Irani telling a young woman that dark spots look good on a panda and not on humans, and the way to fix dark spots on skin is to use Nigrifix cream.
The campaign will be promoted on the brand’s social media platforms. The film was conceptualized and created by Ricky Singh Bedi’s production house Passion Films.
Shaily Mehrotra, Founder and Managing Director of Fixderma, said: “Acanthosis nigricans is a very common and difficult skin condition to treat as it ages. Most of the time, the condition is misunderstood as filth or not adhering to proper hygiene due to lack of awareness and remedies are taken accordingly. With the launch of our #ByeByeDarkSpots campaign, we want to introduce consumers to the uniquely formulated “Nigrifix Cream” to treat hyperpigmentation associated with the symptoms of Acanthosis Nigricans. We wanted to weave a narrative that finds its way to the central message through relatable analogy wrapped in humor and we couldn’t think of anyone better than Boman Irani for the role. Our intention is to spark meaningful conversations about healthy skin and how it makes you feel your best as an individual.
Irani said, “I always believe in healthy skin regardless of race and gender. I’m so excited to partner with Fixderma to bring awareness to dark patches of skin, also known medically as acanthosis nigrican. And bring them to Nigrifix which is the ideal solution and approved by dermatologists. And to add to my excitement, I’m the cute Panda!
